It is likely in a decent low grade condition as the cover has general wear such as edge bends, nicks, corner dings, etc. The inside has browning pages, but they look okay overall. It is fully intact and readable, so it would make a nice reader copy. I would say it is unlikely to be the lowest of the low grades. It might even be a lower-mid-grade.
