Magnificent Antique Huge Teapot w/ lid Hand-painated polychrome flowers with heavy gold accents EXCELLENT condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. Most of the gold is still intact with minor wear on certain edges (very reasonable for its age).A "fish" mark inscribed at the bottom, with a number "3".Dimension:
8.5" tall
10.5" long (from handle to the spout)
5 1/4" wide(picture #1 shows it with a small 8oz/236ml water bottle)Weighs 3 lbs!Looks old. Some firing flaws (tiny air bubbles and small imperfections in the clay, see picture #5; also inside). It's massive size, gorgeous colors, heavy usage of gold (seems real gold; a lot of it was used for this piece), the design and hand-made features all point to at least 19th century (could be little earlier, late 1700's...). Exact age unknown.Hard to find.
