All products shipped that arebrand neware in mint/new condition and working order without damage or missing parts (such as original adaptors, and accessories, (such as flags or signs when applicable).

All used productsin the Listing state the item is used and it’scondition, and any missing parts or changes made. For example, a white 4.5V DC adaptor versusthe original 4.5V DC Adaptor in black. Most of our products are brand new.

IMPORTANT

Please be careful taking your item out of the original box and styrofoam container, and foam placed around delicate parts when applicable, so it does not get broken or dropped. I would suggest removing items carefully on top of a soft surface, such as a bed. Please pay particular attention to loose small plastic bags in the styrofoam container, or adaptors in the outside styrofoam compartment, which can fall out when the building is being removed from the container, and get lost or broken on the floor.

If an item is damaged during shipping transit please send us a message via and take photos of the shipping box and item damaged and attach photos to your message. We will either replace the item damaged with a new one or give a refund after viewing the photos. Please save original shipping box and original packing material. All purchased items from our stores are well protected and shipped in new bubble wrap, peanuts, and a new clean shipping box. Therefore, most packages arrive safely without damage to your purchase.

Shipping fees on large packages are often based on it’s dimensional weight versus size of the shipping box and weight, plus your zip code (zone), along with the type of shipping service that is chosen.
