Lemax 2017 Northpole Snowcone Shop Sears Exclusive For Sale

This sale is fora 2017 Lemax " North Pole Snowcones ." It is a Sears Exclusive piece. The building measures approx. 7 1/2 in. high x 8 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The detail is great. It has it's light cord , flag and weathervane. It comes in it's original cardboard box and also has it's velcro strap. It was purchased from a Lemax collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
