Here we have an extremely rare sealed bag of these toys. This must have been a vendor bag that did not get used for decades. I do not know if they work. I'm sure the rubber bands need replaced as they are old. However, they are sealed in the bag & it looks like there are snappy gum cards that are in the bag as well. Thank you!
