This lot of 10 international casino chips has been personally collected by me over the years through my travels to various casinos around the globe. Chips are in good condition (see pics) with good graphics but may show minor signs of wear from having been used in casino play. This set includes chips from the following casinos:
Conrad Jupiter's / Jupiter's - Gold Coast, Australia: When Conrad Jupiter's originally opened in 1985 Casino, it was the largest hotel in Australia and a major attraction on Australia's Gold Coast. In 2010 it was rebranded as Jupiter's Hotel, and in 2017, the property was rebranded as the Star. This set includes 3 chips from Conrad Jupiter's - 50c, $1, $2, and one chip from Jupiter's - $5.
Wrest Point Casino - Hobart, Tasmania, Australia: The Wrest Point Casino became Australia's first legal casino when it opened in 1973. This set includes one $5 chip from Wrest Point Casino.
Gateway Casinos - New Westminster, BC, Canada: Set includes a $1 and $5 chip.
Great Canadian Casinos - Vancouver, BC, Canada: Great Canadian Casinos started in 1982, operating small casinos in the greater Vancouver area, and later changed its name to Great Canadian Entertainment in 1997. This set includes one 50c chip from the period prior to 1997. Conrad International - Punta Del Este, Uruguay: Gaming at Conrad International was conducted in US dollars, and this set includes a US$5.00 chip.
Hard Rock Casino - London, England: Set includes a £5 from the former Hard Rock Casino in London.
Sky Riverside - Hamilton, New Zealand: Sky operates a number of casinos around New Zealand. This set includes a $5 chip from their casino in Hamilton, NZ, about an hour and a half south of Auckland.
