Mid Century Vintage Bourbon Decanter Liquor Bottle Diamond Cut For Sale

This vintage liquor bottle is made of clear glass and features a diamond cut pattern. The retro style and original design make it a unique addition to any collection. The decanter includes a stopper and has a capacity of 1 fifth gallon (750 ml). It was likely manufactured between 1935 and 1964. Age is estimated by marking on bottom that reads: "Federal law foroffers sale or reuse of this bottle". So it could be a few years newer because although the law requiring that marking ended in 1964, some bottles were still produced with the mark after 1964.
The decanter measures 10"x3.5"x2.5" with the stopper in and weighs 1lb 11oz. The words on the bottom are irregular and difficult to make out as can be seen in the pictures. Neither my wife or I can date this exactly except to state that her parents used it at home during the 1960's, and it has been in the attic for at least the past 45 years.Add this piece to your barware today!
