·If there is damage, it is your responsibility to have the carrier mark it when signing

·The carrier may place the freight in your garage, but is not required to do so

·Orders can be picked up at our location during normal business hours

·Please message us at least 1 hour ahead so your order can be pulled and ready

·Used items have no warranty but we guarantee items to be as described

·You have 14 days from the date of purchase to start a return

·There is a 20% restocking fee to cover all associated cost and fees

·You must contact us prior to returning an item or the item will be refused
