(to be clear - I say it\'s the 7th Highest CGC-graded copy because there are only 6 copies graded higher by CGC, and this copy\'s Off-White to WHITE pages beats the Off-White pages of the ONLY other 8.0 copy in the CGC Census!! )

Long term storage in a Mylar bag with an acid-free board

until submission to CGC in August of 2019!!

This issue was bagged and boarded since purchase and(since 1990, when I learned about the superior results attainable with archival storage products and moved my entire collection into those products)it was preserved in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, andstored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlledhome.It wasremoved from its Mylar bag for the first time to be graded by CGC!! I submitted it to CGC to be graded and sealed and it was returned, with a 8.0 Grade in late January of 2020.This copy, both before and after processing by CGC, NEVERhas spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit,(and it NEVER will as long as I own it!)Since I received it from CGC it has been stored in, and it will be shipped to its new owner in, its CGC-issued protective polybag.

Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, and despite being more than58YEARS old, this issue STILL looks EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, especially in its CGC case with a Universal Label displaying its 8.0 grade and specifying that it still has Off-White to WHITE pages!!
