RARE 1960’s African Avodire Vintage Weave Wood Basket & Walnut Plates Weavewood For Sale

This is the only basket I’ve ever seen made by any manufacturer out of African Avodire. It’s a beautiful reddish blonde color that Weavewood made this in 1965.This was purchased new in 1966 that’s never been used or had anything in it that’s 11” long by 7” by 2” tall.The last photos are from a 1965 newspaper ad for Weavewood African Avodire bowls and plates.The walnut plates were purchased in 1969 that are in excellent condition with only minor wear. These are thicker than the newer one that measure 12 1/4 long by 8” wide.I’m charging a flat price of $14.95 to properly pack and ship these anywhere in the continental United States.No international shipping.
