This is a rare piece of telemetry hardware used on launch pad 39 for Apollo missions and others. It is signed by moon walker Charlie Duke and comes with a COA and picture with Charlie Duke holding the item after signing. The hardware comes with display case, pictures, and COA (everything shown in pictures). This is the equivalent of a microchip from the 1960's NASA Apollo missions.
Charlie Duke was CAPCOM for Apollo 11 (only person allowed to talk to Neil Armstrong & Buzz Aldrin) upon descent to the moon. He was a moon walker with Apollo 16.Moon Walker autographs on space used artifacts are extremely rare. I'd be happy to send additional photos and answer any questions you may have.
