REDUCED- Air Force Radar ECHO BOX TS-488/U, Looks Great, Kelly AFB San Antonio For Sale

Purchased a lot of military electronics from a storage sale a few years ago and am trying to liquidate some of what is left.

This is an Echo Box TS-488/U. Decal on lid indicates it was from Kelly AFB in San Antonio, Texas (not far from me). Under the lid this thing looks excellent. Everything turns that is supposed to. No broken glasses. Has 5 spare crystals in the compartment. I photographed one to show number. Appears to have all accessories inside the lid including a plastic info card. Under that there are two Allen wrenches and another card. I didn’t want to try to remove anything for fear of damage. I understand it has something to do with radar and is from the 1950’s. Made by Fairchild Camera co. Interesting piece of history! WILL CONSIDER ALL OFFERS. These have sold for as much as 279.00 in the recent past. I just want to find it another home.
