Here is a 49-year-old toy that is simply outstanding to view.
The Space 1999 Stun Ray Gun is the Official AHI Stun Ray Gun pen-light. Although too small to the actual prop, but out of all of the stun guns produced, this one had the closest look to the prop. (The Stun Water Gun was the best in comparison to size.)
It is NOS in MINT Condition. Please note the top has been cut-a-way (please see the photos - and ask any questions you may have, please) and is untested because we did not want to damage the bubble on the card because of the age of the toy.
SPACE 1999:Space: 1999 is a British science-fiction television program that ran for two series from 1975 to 1977. In the premiere episode, set in the year 1999, nuclear waste stored on the Moon's far side explodes, knocking the Moon out of orbit and sending it, and the 311 inhabitants of Moonbase Alpha, hurtling uncontrollably into space.
Space: 1999 was the final production by the partnership of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and was, at the time, the most expensive series produced for British television, with a combined £6.8 million budget. The first series was co-produced by ITC Entertainment and Italian broadcast.
Toys like this and in this great of condition and still in the box are getting harder and harder to find.
