The picture was taken at one of the early Texas T Parties in Magnolia, Texas. The 1921 Paddy Wagon is owned by Keystone Cops Ralph and Marcy Zajicek of Richardson, Texas. "Chief" Zajicek is arresting Jolene Richter (now deceased wife of Hugo "Mr. Carburetor" Richter) for resisting advances. The photograph was taken by Prestley and Sandy Morris who also provided the pictures for the article in this issue. Note: Prestley and Sandy Morris have attended all twenty-five Texas T Parties.
