Overall, a nice lower grade copy. some edge and corner wear.  some cover creasing and tearing. Top edge wear and chipping. Spine and staple stress and wear,, some tearing. Spine has a 1” split at bottom. Staples and cover are holding but top staple is popped in front. Still holding to back cover. Nice pages but interior covers are tanning. See interior tearing but not extensive. Some dog eared pages but not extensive.
