If the manual and the installation drivers are available, we will include them with the item. In cases when the installation manuals, product guides, installation drivers are missing, they can be found online by visiting the manufacturer's website. When shipping the item back to us, please make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging box and not covered by any labels. If you ship an item back to us without an RMA number, or an RMA number is not visible, the package will be refused & returned back to you by the freight carrier you used. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping charge is buyer's responsibility. Refusing a delivery of an item is not an acceptable way to return it. If you decide to return an item back to us, you must first accept a delivered package and request an RMA number.
