SMILY FACE: Among humans, smiling is an expression denoting pleasure, sociability, happiness, joy or amusement. It is distinct from a similar but usually involuntary expression of anxiety known as a grimace. While smiling is perceived as a positive emotion most of the time, there are many cultures that perceive smiling as a negative expression and consider it unwelcoming. A smile seems to have a favorable influence upon others and makes one likable and more approachable.

COLLECTIBLE WHITE LIGHT EMBOSSED TYPE HOLOGRAM. Here we can give only a cursory idea of this Nobel Award winning science with hundreds of patented processes! The production of this hologram took weeks or months with multiple stages and people to make the art, master, tooling and run - an extremely costly process allowing for fast production when complete. The embossed type holograms we offer are very rare art or proof of concept masters, embossed using special techniques to allow their amazing detail and often depth. Images are individual, accounting for imperfections and variances. Pricing is based on where/when it was embossed, quality of embossing etc. We have retooled certain images to run on current equipment, accounting for the lower pricing on some of our embossed holograms.

The art for this Multi-Plane 2D (2D3D) hologram was created by breaking apart flat artwork into multiple layers and placing them on different planes to create the depth you see! The hologram was created using various stages of a laser beam on an optical stabilization table. As the image (or viewer or light) left to right, the perceived differences in special position of the various planes of art create the appearance of depth!

Personal Bio on the Seller
I have been producing commercial holography for 30 years. One could say that I eat, drink and sleep holography and am known around the world as one of the foremost authorities regarding commercial applications for display type holograms. I also own one of the largest collections of fine and commercial art holograms, as well as a multitude of mass-production holograms of various types.
I was a licensed agent for Polaroid\'s holographic division from the mid 1980s to the time they closed in about 1997, at which time I purchased the bulk of their stock - some of which is for sale in my sales (and more to come). To this day, my main business is in holography related applications, including custom commercial photopolymer holograms.
