This comic book is a rare limited edition variant produced exclusively for a special screening of the Spawn 1997 Motion Picture on Saturday, October 26th, 2019, at the Alamo Drafthouse cinema in Phoenix, Arizona. The comic is limited to 1000 copies and is considered one of the rarest variants of the world record-breaking 301st issue of the independently owned character.

The yellow CGC Signature Series label is given to collectibles that have been signed by someone of significance to the item.
