Not 100 percent sure how inside mechanical mechanism works or how lights work. Something seems to spin inside (can hear in video). May not be \"fiber optic\", may be a \"color wheel\"? Looks like some glitter on clear white plastic. Use video to judge exact way item works to display the moving rainbow colors.
