We offer worldwide shipping on most of our products. For domestic orders we ship via USPS First Class, Priority, and Priority Express. We also ship UPS and FedEx when appropriate. For products too large to fit in a box safely we offer palletized freight shipping. To save you money on freight shipping we can ship to the nearest terminal for you to pick-up if you don\'t have a commercial location with forklift or dock available.For International customers we ship via the global shipping program (GSP) where allowed. In many of our listings we are also offering USPS Flat Rate shipping. If your country is not GSP enabled please contact us for a custom ship quote. For products too large to ship in a box we do offer both Ocean and Air freight. Ocean freight isshipped to the nearest port where you can pick-up your item. For lighter items with less volume we can economically offer air freight to the nearest international airport where you can collect your freight and handle your import duties and taxes.
Most standard products are pulled packed and shipped within one day. If we have any issues with your order we sill contact you via messaging and may hold your order for up to one day. You should expect to receive tracking the day it ships and we also use Aftership to notify you upon delivery. You will also receive a notification upon any delivery exceptions.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, we insure all shipments. Please work with us if that happens to expedite the processing of any lost package or damage claim.
