I just received a large shipment from Guerrero with lots of Masks and other interesting pieces... This listing is for Mask and the suit. TheTiger Mask is made of leather and real Boar Hair eye brows andwhiskers. There is also a neck cover made of painted fabric.The mouth of this tiger is open so that the person wearing it can see out. The fabric suit is made of a polyester fabric with painted black spots all over it. At the back of the mask there is a slit in the leather thatexpands and so you can slip it over your head. This piece has been entirely handmade and hand painted in Guerrero Mexico. In mid August people take to the streets in Guerrero Mexico (see photo #6) dressed as tigers...

The suit is a one size fits all; the top measures, 24 inches across the shoulders, 28 inches from side to side, 30 inches long and has 21 inch long sleeves.
The pants measure - 21 inch waist when closed (but are adjustable to make larger) and have 43 inch long legs.
The mask measures approximately; 9 inches tall by 7 inches wide and 10 inches deep (not including the neck cover).
It would make a great gift for the Mask collector ora nicefocal piece for your own Mexican Folk Art Collection...
