Well shit, I shouldn't have to say this but unfortunately I do, THESE ARE USED NOT NEW MILITARY SURPLUS ITEMS!!!!! These mats are previously issued to Marine personal but are functional and in good to very good overall shape. These WILL show signs of use such as dirt, dust, scuffs, abrasions, fading, scratches/scuffs on buckles, tape residue, or writing such as identification, and elastic straps may be loose or missing but a rubber band will fix that.
