This dispenser is very unique in that it was used in the iconic department store the Emporium in San Fransisco for many years until it was shut down.
This French commercial coffee bean dispenser is made with assorted metals brass and copper and tin. This dispenser allows you to dispense the desired measure of beans, or to use the scoop(s) that are housed in the custom-fitted mounts.
The brass has been polished by hand to the best of our abilities but we did’t want to damage the finish; a professional polishing would result in a brighter patina, if desired.
The name plate was used to identify the type of bean.
