Build a REAL portable transistor radio!

This is a rare, vintage, TR-60, 6 transistor (not vacuum tube), kit radio by Comspace Corporation. Instruction manual is dated 1976.

This is the uncommon ORANGE version of this kit! We have only seen two or three examples of this kit, in the last 25years!

Six transistor superheterodyne receiver design, with dial string tuning! Printed circuit board construction. Includes 4\" full range speaker, built-in ferrite loopstick antenna coil. Case measures 10-1/2\" wide x 4\" deep x 6\" high. Operates on 4 ordinary D batteries (not included), or external 6 volt power source through provided power jack.

We have checked the kit, and it is 100% complete. The item was photographed in its clear protective bag. The brown section on the right, is a removable, protective film covering.The B&W photo is a representative photo of a built unit. The close-up photo of the dial face, is from a previously built kit we sold many years ago.

The box has some wear and tears in several spots, but is in surprisingly good condition for its age. The color isdarker, due to the camera flash..

Big 8-1/2x11, 19 page manual with pictures, diagrams, schematic etc.. Assembled kits can not be returned.
