Functionality: In excellent condition. Has been tested, and functions as originally intended by the manufacturer.Upon winding it all the way up, it does have the tendency to not tick until the spring has loosened a tiny bit. I find if I just wind it to close to full it works perfectly.
Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition. Some very small scratches on exterior.
