TESTING & WARRANTIES: Please understand that we are avolunteer-staffed Museum. We are not experts in any particular model trainbrand but we try to do the research to list our items correctly. We do testeverything we sell if possible. However, we do not perform anything other thanthe most basic testing. We do not perform any kind of detailed and/or internalexamination of any engine or motor and make no representation about itssuitability for any particular purpose. Accordingly, no warranty of anykind is provided regarding operability even if an item has been tested. Theresults of any specific testing are provided in good faith as a courtesy only.Your experience may be different. Items we sell may range in age from new tomore than 100 years old. At a minimum, basic maintenance and/orlubrication will probably be necessary if you plan to operate any piece youpurchase.

PAYMENT:Payment via PayPal is expected within 3 days unless other arrangementshave been made. rules require youto inquire about alternative payment methods.

SHIPPING:When practical, multiple items may be sent together to save on shippingcosts. All items are carefully packed and typically shipped as soon as possibleafter payment clears. Very large packages sometimes are sent via UPS. In the unlikely event that damage occursduring shipping, buyer agrees to process any claim eligible for insurancecoverage directly through the carrier.If carrier tracking indicates an item has been delivered, but somehowyou did not receive it, buyer agrees to follow through with the local carrierand/or postmaster and process any claim eligible for insurance coveragedirectly through the carrier.
