This pack came to me as part of a very large and well cared for lifetime collection. The collector had the foresight decades ago to preserve the original look and feel of what are now 40, 50 and in some cases 60+ year old tiny pieces of graphic and cultural history by not stripping out the matches.

There are over 3,000 vintage original matchbooks from mostly the 1940\'s-1980\'s that I will be listing here on over the coming weeks and months. 90% of the collection are full unstruck packs in very good to excellent condition. There are some exceptions where there are a few or more matches missing and/or marks on the on the strike area or the condition is less than very good. Working alone, I don\'t have the available time to describeevery pack in the detail I would like to. For every matchbook, I have provided quality photos of both sides of a closed pack, the matches contained within and any graphics or text, if present. I do have duplicates of some designs - but the matchbook you see in the photos is the exact one that you will receive.
