my last photo I think most properly reflects the color of object (other photos were taken with a flash)

looks like the electrical cord is frayed and damaged (I DID NOT TRY TO SEE IS IT WORKS)

I assume the figurine was made into a lamp at some point, but it's just a found item that I have no knowledge about.

seems like a pot metal, hollow, thin sounding

figure itself is about 8.5" tall, and at base, at widest point, also about 8.5" long, with lamp attachment it makes whole thing about 14.25" tall
