Vintage 1950's Kreiss & Company Lady Napkin and Toothpick Holder.Excellent Vintage Condition with no major chips and NO cracks! Small paint chip in the back I took picture of it. You can't see it unless you really look at it. I took the picture up very close but in reality it is small. Rare Kreiss and Company of New York blue jeweled eye lady napkin holder. From the 1940 - 50's era. Stands 10" tall, base is 6 1/4" wide. Her cleavage is highlighted with a red jewel.
