> Age- c1950s> Vase, Jar> Koyo-Gama, Kyoto Japan> Artist- Believe to be Koyo Yamazaki (1890-1979) based on other online listings with similar mark> Hand decorated floral motif> Glaze- Semi-Matte slate blue & cream glaze (exterior); Brown speckled earthy glaze (interior)> Mark- Impressed two character Koyo-Gama mark near the base edge of the foot rim> Size- Approximately 7 5/8\" Tall x 7 1/2\" Diameter; Foot- 3 1/2\" Diameter> Weight- Approximately 2.75 lbs> Condition-Pre-owned; Unsure if it was ever used;Wonderfully cared for with better than expected light marks from age and use but no damage or repairs (See Photos)
