For sale is a full, unopened container of vintage 1960’s Morton Iodized Salt. This is the 1 pound 10 ounce size and measures about 5 inches tall and 3 inches around. In 1968, the Morton Salt Girl changed the way she looked earlier and for the first time, she was looking away on the label. This version of the Morton Salt Girl is the most familiar to consumers today. The original price of 12 cents is written with grease pencil on top of the container. It was manufactured by Morton Salt Company of Chicago, Illinois.
