This is an advertising blotter from the 1940-50's. Has a pin up girl picture by artist Elvgren. Image of a sexy woman playing with a puppet and her scotty dog. Titled "They're easy to handle when you know how". Has an ad for Pioneer Chemical Works in Philadelphia. Measures about 3 x 6 inches.
Great for framing, always a conversation piece. Guaranteed to be "old" and authentic.
