Here is a Untouched all original Extremely Scarce Early Case XX (1940-1964)Red Stag 5254 Trapper with 1st Model Case Tested era Frame design and Tested XX era blades that are 100 percent full and both look unsharpened,light surface scratches,absolutely no rust.Both the Clip and Spey Blades are Beveled like Tested XX blades by pulls and the Master Clip blade is upswept like Tested XX era.No cracks in handles and you can see the home made leather sheath this rare Case XX Red Stag 5254 was stored in for 85 years,the green film from oxidation reaction on brass rivets and nickel silver bolsters will wipe of with semi chrome or entire knife can easily be restored with mirror shine bolsters.Shield, handles,etc.We can do this but I chose to leave in original as stored Condition both blades have smooth opening and strong snap when closing,Free Insured USPS Priority mail with picture of your shipping label emailed to buyer same day.From one of the oldest experienced Case Collectors/Appraisers/Authenticators and Case Historians still alive,full time for over 50 years,colleague and friend of the late Mr.Jim Sargent.Thanks for stopping by.
