Step right up! Feast your eyes on this hand creation, born of an original stainless steel panel from a vintage carnival ride. It is shiny stainless steel and has age, dings, scratches, some rust marks, and other excellent patina. NOTE: DOES NOT INCLUDE PRINTS. 27” x 17”.

The original red lights have been cleaned and rewired, with the original high wattage and hot European base bulbs replaced with LED standard candelabra base bulbs with base adapters for easy and inexpensive replacement.

Additionally, an LED puck was installed to backlight an 8x10 acrylic floating frame, held together by strong magnets. A lit rotary switch allows you to choose just the red lights, just the white frame backlight, or both. The white creates a cool backlight on prints, see pictures where I put a couple different prints in (again, those prints ARE NOT included.

The whole thing hangs from two loops mounted on rubber feet to protect your wall. This is a hand crafted ART PIECE, not a manufactured item and it is not UL tested, however, it is fully functional. This was a labor of love, made by me, and I think it kicks ass. And as I’m wont to say, everything is better lit! So enjoy this Lit Lighting!
