This is a pretty rare item, I have found just a few on high end sale sites, like 1st Dibs.
It is referred to as MCM "Nugget" brass cigarette box, or trinket box. I have not cleaned the piece at all, including polishing the brass.
Lid is intact.
The inside is a wood bottom.
