A rare Emil Schmeckenbecher musical cuckoo clock with spinning wheel animation.

It is in very good condition.

The clock was made in September 1971 in West Germany as per the stamp on the back door of the clock. The measures approximately 11 1/2" wide x 14" tall (excluding the weights and pendulum) x 7" deep.

A one day wind cuckoo, by pulling the weights daily.

Its design and colors are beautifully exquisite and rare

The bellows are redone in leather!

It plays the tune «  Old Spinning Wheel »

Sold « as is », it keeps time, moving the pendulum bob up or down will adjust the time.

Music box tune is Old Spinning Wheel tune… spinning dreams of long long ago, spinning dreams of an old fashioned garden …
