Testing Details- This item is an electronic and the following features were tested and found to be working... It was plugged in and powered on. The light works as well as the reel.

Condition: Pre-owned / Used, with some evidence of previous use/wear. Please refer to photos as part of the description and ask questions before buying/offerding if you have concerns about the condition.

Noted flaws/issues- There is a lot of dust and dirt as well as some scuffs and scratches due to age and being previously owned. The cord is dry-rotted and falling off.
