Vintage E.T. THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL 9" Hand-Made, Folk Art Ceramic bell wind chime For Sale

Item Description:I am selling an E.T. wind chime or bell. I purchased this years ago at an estate sale and have loved having it hang in my home. Time for him to find a new home.
No stamps or marks that I can find, nor can I find any info online. I believe its ceramic, and it hangs from a knotted rope at the top.
