This is a \"coin penknife\" made in Franceby Eloi Pernet.

Cutting blade tang stamp is ELOI FRANCE in a circle.

Vintage is likely 1950’s to 60\'s.

The coin is a 37mm silver coin dated 1828.

Coin shows the expected surface wear.

All three blades have strong snap, each has a tiny hint of wobble.

Full blades, scratches and patina as the photos show.

Scissors is missing its spring.
