This is such a cool clock. I believe its a space age clock meant to look like a flying saucer.
The clock runs and keeps time perfectly.
There are several cosmetic issues I tried to capture in pictures and I’ll try to explain here. First off there are a couple scratches on the lens covering the face of the clock. Next you’ll see the clock housing has a piece chipped away, this is located on the back of the clock and can not be seen when clock is hanging. Third you’ll see the ring has a piece chipped out of it right around 9 o’clock. Also, I tried to show with a pencils that two of the three clips that hold the ring against the clock have missing pieces, with that said the ring does still stay attached to the clock housing but as you can see in a couple pictures it may pull away about and 1” from the clock face where those clip pieces are broken. I believe the ring can easily be glued or attached to the clock in a creative way so this wouldn’t be a problem. The cord is original but seems to work fine. I did clean the clock and it looks pretty good but it wouldn’t hurt to spend a little more time on it. This is a very cool clock and would look great on the right wall.
The last pic is of the clock hanging on a wall.
Thanks for looking!
