The School Girl Hummel Figurine was created by Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel in 1935. Sister Hummel was a German nun who was also a talented artist.
This figurine is one that we acquired during my parents’ time stationed overseas in Germany. They were able to purchase many beautiful figurines during this time. As she is preparing to move to assisted living I am going through some of these with my mom and listing them. Please message me with any questions.
