Incliding F.A.P. wrapper around lampand Card.*Lamp was opened to check working condition.*On/ Off / Dimmer works and when it powers back on it does so at last dimmer setting.** Box (pictured) is in poor condition on back and 1 end flap.All other sides (including)front (as shown) are in good condition.
