Vintage Rare Lanshire 1930s Temperance Prohibition Lecture Clock Base/Art For Sale

This vintage Lanshire clock is a rare find from the 1930s. It features a unique art design depicting a judge scolding/lecturing an intoxicated man hiding a bottle of alcohol behind his back. The clock was manufactured in the United States and represents the prohibition period in the United States when alcohol was temporarily banned. The piece has been painted and has a different color scheme in comparisons to the others like it. The art style is reminiscent of the early 1900’s. The piece has a decent amount of paint chipping as evident in the photos. The base of the piece measures about 9.5” wide and 4” deep while standing about 9.5” tall at the highest point.
