Three-piece lot of vintage Martin Stove and Range Cast Iron Cookware. Includes 1 restored hamburger logo #8 skillet, 1 restored matching #8 lid, and 1 restored unmarked #8 chicken fryer. All pieces restored and reseasoned with one layer of grapeseed oil. Please read carefully the following descriptions of each of the three pieces:
HAMBURGER LOGO SKILLET
Only minor imperfections; no cracks, prominent dings or major pits. Restored and reseasoned once with grapeseed oil. There are minor cast flaws (that look like microscopic pits) per usual with Martin pieces. Finish is buttery smooth and the logo is one of the nicest you’ll see. Diameter measurement provided in pics. This skillet has a minor rock corrected by 2 business cards at the 4:00 position.
LID
Close to pristine; 9.9/10. Restored and reseasoned once with grapeseed oil. Look at all pics closely. I recommend to zoom in.
UNMARKED CHICKEN FRYER
This is 100% Martin, but a bit of an odd piece. It features a rougher cast, with the right sidewall being multiple times as thick as the left side wall. This fryer does rock; the rock is corrected by 2 credit cards at 4:00 and one credit card at 1:00. Would be best used as display or on gas burners. Diameter measurement provided in pics.
