Very good condition, new flint.
Lable on bottom is worn. See photos.
I put a small amount of fluid on the wick, and it works fine. I didn't want to fill it as shipping is not safe.
It will not burn until you add fluid.
My photos look bad from lighting and reflections, but you will be pleased when you get this lighter.
