Vtg B-H Bell-Howell FILMO Diplomat Model 173-B 16mm FILM Movie PROJECTOR w/ Case For Sale

A vintage/original B&H / Bell & Howell - Filmo Diplomat - Design Model 173-B - 16mm Film / Movie Projector w/ Case, Cord, Take-Up Reel, Brush & near empty Oil Bottle. As found at a recent estate sale, I powered it up & it seemed to run fine but the lamp did not light. I pulled the lamp & it looked good but it does make a rattling sound. Because this was the extent of my testing I am selling it as you see it & not fully tested.
