In used condition. Smoke free-- the home it came from was not Pet free- the pillow has been cleaned and lint rolled but I may have missed some pet hair- there was very little on it to start with.I am not for sure if the legs were originally attached to the pillow or not? they are hanging loose giving it that 3D look.
