Fair Warning - This came to me as part of a large collection of newspapers and magazines, and the the previous owner WAS A SMOKER. Immediately after receiving the collection, I \"quarantined\" everything in plastic totes for 8 months with sprinkled baking soda. This eliminated about 75% of smoky odor. However, 25% of it is still there and there still are trace amounts of baking soda that remains. If you have any aversions to either of these conditions, please do not make a offer or purchase.
In fair to good condition - Although 95%-100% of the text is present and legible, there are signs of toning, aging, loss, folds, creases and possible page detachment. It measures approx. 12\" x 17\"
