These reproductions are made from a tough steel and have a quality leather strap.The primary change from the M35 Helmets were to stamp the ventilator hole mounts directly onto the shell, rather than separate fittings.The side air vents on this helmet are mounted directly onto the shell but are not punched in. This was introduced to help reduce production costs and simplify the construction of the Helmets. These Helmets feature the rolled edge like the originals, with a quality leather liner and leather chin strap already attached.
