WWII US Army Air Force Imperial A-1 Pilot Folding Knife Machete + Scabbard USAAF For Sale

WWII Imperial USAAF Imperial A-1 Folding Machete knife with original sheath. Knife measures 11.75" closed, blade measures 10.5". Extended length is 17". Comes with the build in blade guard that folds into the handle when closed. Handle shows no damage or cracks, the blade shows sharpening marks with much original finish. Ricasso area of blade is stamped, IMPERIAL PROV. R.I.". The leather sheath is stamped, "MACHETE WITH SHEATH TYPE A-1 NO.48C3639". The black snap button is stamped, "LIFT THE DOT". Still has the rawhide attachment on knife and scabbard. All great working, see photos.
